Stevenson Concrete Construction is a Maryland-based concrete contractor, specializing in placing, finishing, and specialty projects. Stevenson Concrete was founded in 1973 and was acquired in 2015 by Hyde Concrete. We have been successfully serving commercial and residential customers in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and surrounding areas for the past five decades.

Flat Work

At Stevenson Concrete, we have the skills and experience to effectively place and finish various kinds of concrete. From standard and pervious concrete to high tolerance (f-min) floors, our flat work crews are some of the best finishing crews in the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area.

Specialty Toppings

Stevenson is a recognized expert in concrete topping slab construction. We are accomplished in all aspects of surface preparation and placement of bonded and un-bonded topping slabs. Of note, in the past five years, we have successfully constructed and replaced over 80,000 square feet of Waste Transfer Station Tipping Floors using EmeryTop 400.
